Terms and Conditions governing the obligations of affiliate webmasters taking part in the CuteGold.com revenue sharing affiliate program.
No partnership is being created or implied between us and you.
When you sign up, and for all correspondence, you must use a valid e-mail address associated with your domain. We do not accept affiliates who use free e-mail addresses. You are responsible for maintaining this e-mail address for contact purposes.
After you sign up, you must inform us specifically that you have read, understood and will adhere to the terms and conditions.
You must inform us of all URLs from which you will be promoting our sites. That is, not just the domains, but the full URLs. We do need to know and have access view to all pages that are promoting our sites. If any of the URLs are in password protected areas, you must provide us with a working username/password. As and when you might make additional links to us, you must continue to inform us of these URLs.
You may not redirect traffic to us. All links to us must be plainly visible in the source html on your pages.
You may not promote our sites using domains that are deceptively similar to any of our sites.
Unsolicited e-mail will not be tolerated. If we receive any records or complaints of unsolicited e-mails sent by you which contain any reference to any of our network or sites, your information may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
You may not promote any of our on sites other sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate sites or sites displaying any other kind of illegal material.
As an affiliate you are encouraged to use the banners we provide. If you do not find one appropriate for your site, you may contact us to request a new size or design.
If you use banners provided, you must download and serve the banners from your own server.
We do provide hosted galleries to many of our affiliates. We may offer hosted galleries to you once you have signed up and we have seen your sites. Alternately, you may request hosted galleries, and at our discretion, we may furnish you. These galleries although hosted with us are not free. If your account is not profitable or you are burning bandwidth, these hosted galleries will be withdrawn.
You may not dissemble any content from the hosted galleries, not even to promote our sites, unless you have prior explicit permission from us.
You may not indiscriminately use any other content from any of our sites.
Apart from banners and any other content we might explicitly provide, you may not use content for which you do not have rights over to promote ours sites.
You may not use any of our content to promote any sites not run by us.
You may not use misleading content or text to promote any sites not run by us.
You may not promote our sites on warez sites, password sites, or any other non-adult web sites unless you have received prior authorization from us.
If you employ fraudulent or illegal means of generating sales or traffic, or use deceptive advertising methods, you will immediately loose your account.
We monitor chargeback ratios and will only keep you as an affiliate if your chargeback ratio is less than one percent.
We are not responsible for loss due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors.
We may deactivate your account if it is not profitable.
In the event that any terms and conditions need to be changed or added, we will contact you by e-mail. You will then have seven days to become fully compliant with the new terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to deactivate your account at any time and for any reason. In any case, you will be notified.
If you breach any of the terms and conditions we may deactivate your account with or without notice at our discretion.
